Exchanges Policies

You can request an exchange sending an email to info@celanea.com. Please indicate your order number and the email address with which the purchase was made.

Exchanges offered by Celanea can be requested from anywhere in the world at the customer's expense. Only in the event that the product you receive is defective or there is an error, we will take care of the cost of the change or the return from the brand. To do this, you must contact info@celanea.com, putting your name and order number in the concept explaining what happened, photos and details and we will take care of it. 

Returns Policies

We only accept returns within Europe. No returns from orders outside European Union are allow. In an effort to make this as straightforward as possible, here are some official words about our return policy:

*For Europe orders, you have 15 days from your order date to request a return.

*We accept merchandise that is unworn, unaltered and undamaged, inside its original packaging, with hang tags attached.

*Celanea does not cover the cost of the returns or the exchanges.

In the rare event that a package cannot be successfully delivered due to incorrect addresses, insufficient information or inability to contact the recipient, we are required to charge a fee for the return of the shipment to our warehouse. This fee covers the costs associated with the failed delivery attempt, as well as the logistical costs incurred in the return process.

• Europe - 35€.
• Rest of the world - 70€.
